About Barre Training
The Studio One Fit Barre Teacher Training will equip you with the skills to lead safe and effective barre fitness classes. Here is a breakdown of what to expect during training:
Curriculum
Barre Technique
- In-depth instruction on the specific movements and exercises used in barre, often focused on Studio One Fit's program's methodology
Anatomy & Kinesiology
- Understanding of the muscular and skeletal systems to ensure you can guide students in proper form to avoid injuries.
Cueing & Instruction
- Techniques to effectively communicate exercise instructions and keep students motivated throughout the class.
Music & Playlist Creation
- Learning how to select and structure music to complement the workout flow.
Training Format
- Studio One Fit Barre Teacher Training format will be in person. If you need an online option, please contact us here.
Certificate of Completion
- Upon completing the coursework, you will receive a certificate of completion.
Prerequisites
- Prior experience with barre classes (recommended).
- Experience taking group fitness classes.
